Overview of Sources

What is a Source?

A source is the origin point for the user event data you collect. Common types of sources include websites, mobile apps, social media platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and point-of-sale (POS) systems. By analyzing data from these sources, you can gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and interactions.

You have the flexibility to set up multiple sources to funnel user event data into our system. When a user ID is included in this data, our system can link these events to the respective user profiles.

If you don’t find the type of source you need in our list, you can use our HTTPS API source to send JSON data directly.
